This is a gallery wrapped 11x14” ready to hang piece. Inspiration for this work comes from a drive in Balzac, Alberta. The bushes barely had leaves hanging on at a few spots and vibrant colours of yellow ochre, green and a hint of orange peeking through the snow caps on them. I really enjoyed creating this piece as it has the anticipation of winter and mild glimpse of fall that we recently left behind.
